Instructions

After placing your order online, you will receive 2 emails: a confirmation email containing the order details of your purchase, and a second email containing a printable PDF of your Regal Premiere eTicket(s).

How to use your eTicket(s):
- May be printed/shown on a mobile device and redeemed/exchanged for your desired showtime at the theatre box office, concessions, or kiosk.
- May use the details on your PDF eTicket to redeem online or via the Regal mobile app ahead of time. This method allows you to pre-select seats and bypass the box office or kiosk, going straight to the ticket-taker. *A $1.50 service fee will apply.*

Surcharges apply to all IMAX®, RPX®, ScreenX®, Premium Large Format, 3D and 4DX® films. Luxury up-charges may apply at theaters featuring upgraded amenities and select top tier locations. Premiere eTickets do not expire. If redeemed on your app or online ahead of time, please note that there will be a $1.50 service fee charged by Regal. Surcharges apply to Premiere Tickets redeemed in California, New Jersey, and New York. Select theaters throughout the country add an additional Location Surcharge. Check with your local theatre to find the exact rate. Premiere eTickets are not valid for special movie events such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, concerts and private screenings are not valid. Regal reserves the right to change or add any surcharges without notice. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are non-refundable, and have no expiration date. Tickets are valid for any show time, any day of the week. Do not make copies of the Premiere eTicket; only the first e-ticket scanned will be admitted. Duplicates will not be accepted.
