Instructions

After placing your order online, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing the order details of your purchase. Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive a second email containing a printable PDF of your San Diego Zoo Adult 1-Day Pass eTicket(s).

Print your eTicket(s) and take them with you to the Park's main entrance.

Ticket valid for one day admission to the San Diego Zoo, unlimited use of Guided Bus tour, Kangaroo Bus, and Skyfari Aerial Tram, subject to availability. Excludes Special Ticketed Events/Attractions. Present this ticket for entry, either printed or on mobile device. Print-at-home tickets must be presented at turnstiles for admission. Do not duplicate. No refunds or exchanges. No replacements if lost or stolen. Expect wait times during busy, peak periods. Ticket and hand stamp required for Park re-entry.
